This Recipe Features:


  • 1 pouch SEEDS OF CHANGE™ Organic Sweet Sour Simmer Sauce
  • 1 pound organic boneless and skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 cup organic rainbow colored carrots, peeled and sliced thin on a diagonal
  • 1 medium organic red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 4 organic green onions, sliced diagonally with whites and greens separated
Serve with:
  • 2 pouches SEEDS OF CHANGE™ Organic Jasmine Rice


  1. Heat a small amount of organic extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Combine corn starch and salt on a plate. Pat dry chicken and toss in cornstarch mixture to coat.
  3. Add chicken in a single layer to hot skillet until it begins to brown, about 3 minutes.
  4. Add carrots, bell pepper, and green onion whites to the pan and cook for 1 minute more.
  5. Stir in SEEDS OF CHANGE™ Organic Sweet & Sour Simmer Sauce, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer until chicken and vegetables are cooked through, about 2–5 minutes more.
  6. Garnish with remaining green onions, and enjoy over SEEDS OF CHANGE™ Organic Jasmine Rice if desired.
