This Recipe Features:


  • 1 8.5 oz pouch Seeds of Change™ Organic Spanish Style Rice
  • 1 1/2 cups organic salsa
  • 1/2 cup organic greek yogurt
  • 1 cup chicken, precooked, shredded
  • 1/2 cup organic cheddar cheese
  • 2 10" organic flour tortillas


  1. In 10-inch skillet, heat SEEDS OF CHANGE™ Organic Spanish Style Rice, chicken and salsa over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until hot.
  2. Spread 1–2 tablespoons Greek yogurt down center of each tortilla.
  3. Place half of the rice mixture and half of the cheese over sour cream on each tortilla.
  4. Fold top and bottom ends of each tortilla 1 inch over filling; roll sides together tightly. Cut in half and enjoy.
