  • 1 package (8.5 ounces) SEEDS OF CHANGE™ Organic Spanish Style Rice
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/4–1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cut-up cooked chicken
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 burrito-sized tortillas, warmed as directed on package


  1. In 10-inch skillet, heat SEEDS OF CHANGE™ Organic Spanish Style Rice, chicken and salsa over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until hot.
  2. Spread 1–2 tablespoons sour cream down center of each tortilla.
  3. Place 3/4 cup rice mixture over sour cream; sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese.
  4. Fold top and bottom ends of each tortilla 1 inch over filling; roll sides together tightly.
