This Recipe Features:


  • 1 cup fresh organic orange juice
  • 1 thin skinned organic Persian or baby cucumber, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 handful fresh organic parsley
  • 1/2 organic apple, cut into chunks
  • 1 handful fresh organic baby spinach
  • 1–2 tbsp. SEEDS OF CHANGE™ SIZZLE STARTER™ Minced Ginger
  • Optional add-ins:
  • 1 cup plain organic Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. flax seeds
  • 1/2 inch piece of fresh turmeric
