Every purchase of a SEEDS OF CHANGE™ food item powers our partnership with FoodCorps and the mission to connect kids with healthy food in school.
For my lunch, I’ll sometimes eat a veggie burger with the Seven Grain rice. It’s a much healthier option and I love that I doesn’t have a lot of the ingredients other rice packages have. It’s great because you don’t have less taste. I actually prefer the taste of Seeds of Change over Uncle Bens.
I travel for work and don’t always have a room with a kitchen. Sometimes a microwave is all the cooking I’ll be doing. Thankfully, Seeds of Change came out with this lineup of microwaveable healthy grains to augment my diet. I’ve eaten them straight, cold out of the bag, mixed with black beans and greens and just now made bison / lamb meatballs with a bag of Seven Grains mixed in. Good stuff!
